The water meter box and its contents are the property of the City of Dyer Water Department and are not to be handled (opened) by anyone other than the authorized utility personnel.

If you need in your meter box for ANY reason you MUST call City Hall at 479-997-8557 and a representative will come and unlock your box for you

Unauthorized access to meter box is a violation of your agreement and may lead to a tampering charge of $250.00, liability for any damages, and potential termination of water services.
